Complete roofing replacement
A complete replacement involves the removal of the existing roof surface, inspection of roof decking for water damage, warping, and loose fasteners, replace rotted roof decking if necessary, installation of new underlayment, installation of new aluminum flashing, install new shingle selection (Colors and style to be selected by owner), ventilation installation, and finally cleanup.
Why is my roof leaking?
